SouthCoast Rail: This is important not only for the Southcoast but for the entire state. The New Bedford/Fall River Area are still behind the rest of the state in wages, property values, employment, and such. A rail provides, jobs, not only for the rail, but for workers like myslef to easily get to Boston, where I could make double what I am making now. This also give a viable option to Bostonites to get affordable housing, and homeowners in the area to see increases in value of their homes. 2016 is too long a time.
